Operating from Romania, Irina has overseen the seamless integration of globally recognized brands into the local market, ensuring their success and growth. Her career reflects a perfect blend of strategic vision and aesthetic finesse, having expanded franchise networks from a single store to over 50 locations and elevating brand portfolios from just one to over fourteen.

Her innovative approach combines cutting-edge business strategies with a keen understanding of market dynamics, allowing her to position brands for sustainable growth and long-lasting success. Irina has successfully integrated renowned brands such as MANGO, CASTRO, PROMOD, JENNYFER, PARFOIS, KAREN MILLEN, OASIS, MAX&CO, and DESIGUAL into local markets, strengthening their presence. Furthermore, she led the launch and management of high-end brands like ITIERRE, +IT, MARINA RINALDI, MAX MARA WEEKEND, and supported the opening and management training of the exclusive design store VICTORIA 46.
